The Blue List

Lonely Planet got a new book titled "The Blue List". It list down the must-go-place for each of the month during the year. I was reading through it today, and wat can i say about it? Pack up your bags guys, we r going vacation! hahaha! Or at least for those who like to join me la. Hehehe! The AirAsia free tickets bonanza came and gone; so did the MAS Travel Fair; and I can't believe I didn't get any tickets to travel. I like travel, but i guessed i'm not so fond of taking the planes. But i dun mind that. Guessed wat, MATTA fair is just around the corner. Great isn't it?

Wouldn't it be great to have a book that list down all the cool things to do for each day of the year. I mean, like every page of everyday list down the recipe to cook for a meal, or wat to do, or with some interesting facts, plus a little white column for note writing. I thought in Page One will have that kind of book, coz i dreamt about it. But i think its only in dreams exist those coz i couldn't find it in Page One (the shop). Probably i can go make those myself - get a notebook and start pasting stuff inside - just like the Blue List, but with everyday ideas-to-do-stuff instead of monthly. Of course, maybe can skip the cooking recipes, unless "someone" want to cook la. Hehe!

Ahh... Ipod Nano. I'm still waiting for it. haha!

My good times.

If you really ignore this website for a long time, everything will get turn bad on you - like my Flooble chat bar. But i guessed most of you didn't even know I got one, am I right? Coz all i see there were messages from Yan Yee only. Hahaha! And i know i couldn't keep my promise of blogging everyday, so from now on, i'm not promising anything here. I'm just going to blog whenever i want, kapish? hehehe!

Lots of things happened since i last blog, and probably it will take up two pages if i decided to blog out everything. So, i'm just going to talk about my birthday and also my last weekend (focus will be on yesterday).

My Birthday
What I want to say here is thank you so much for all the birthday wishes. And thank you Yan Yee for the lovely present. I haven't fix it up cute Gundam model yet though. Will post out the photo to let you see when i'm done with it, alrite? Of course, must thank a certain sumone for all the lovely and sweet presents you gave me. When r we going to frame it up ahh? Hahaha! This year my birthday i didn't really celebrate with my parents - just a dim sum lunch with my parents together with some relatives from Singapore. They didn't know its for my birthday also.   But my birthday dinner with two frens were really enjoyable. I treat them to Cocoa in Pyramid, and it is really happy to see that my fren really enjoys the food very much there.   Haha! So me and my fren keep on asking her to try the new stuff as she has not ate at Cocoa before. After that sumptious meal (according to my two frens), we had a small slice of cake, shared by the three of us. We couldn't eat one slice each as we were too full. Haha! There's a candle on top too, but luckily no birthday song (thank you for that!). So, that nite was pretty enjoyable and i was really happy. Thank you both for that! I'm still waiting for a fren's birthday present!   Just joking la... dun tell her that yeah!

My Weekends
Last weekend, or rather yesterday and the day before yesterday, I was at Malacca. "Wat?!? Malacca again?!?" Haha! Yes, i know i went there a lot of times before liao, but this time is for important function, as my fren's brother's wedding lunch is on Sunday. I'm sorree Satnam, as u told me to stay at ur house whenever i'm there. But this time the wedding is at A'Famosa Resort, and it is really far from your house, so I just asked my fren to help me booked a room there. I promise the next time i go there, i will stay at ur house, ok? Alrite, get back to the topic. Went to their house at night, got introduce to a lot of people. Hahaha! My fren told me to be prepared for a massive interview, but nothing happened also.   Hehe! Other than that, just had some wine and tv, then head back to the hotel to end the night. Next day, the wedding lunch was fun. Wines were pouring here and there (not so much of Henessy though), and karaoke sessions going about too. My fren and her younger sister played a prank on the groom by asking the couple to sing on stage. Haha! So with hesitant, the couple went up and sang a nice little song. After they have finished, they decided to get back to the sisters and asked them to come up and sing too. They even bring me down the boat with them. Hahaha! So my fren kept on stalling the time, until in the end, they dun have to sing as the party lasted longer than expected, and a lot of them really need to rush back to catch the bus and others. So after sending them to the bus terminal, went back to their house straight away kena - said not giving face la, bla bla bla... hahaha! At 1st thought wanted to stay for dinner, but around 6 something, really tired and not feeling that good, so told my fren that we go back KL earlier a bit lor. I think her mom was unhappy about that. I'm really sorree.

Well, that's my weekend, and also my birthday. Just like Bobby Angel's blog title " I wish this day will happen again". Hahaha! I really enjoy it!

Australia Day!

Today is Australia's National Day. I should be standing up and singing Australia's national anthem too, since i'm having a public holiday as well. Haha! Yup, i'm sitting in my chair, at my own room, at home, writing this. Its a good break for us, since we hardly have any holidays. I got plenty to do today, so hopefully i can get it all done by the evening, then at night going out for dinner.

This few days have been really sad for me, my parents and my friends. Coz one of my dad's staff met with a serious accident when he was on his way to work on Monday morning. The injuries were quite serious that he had underwent a number of operations - hand, legs, and face operations. A lot of us went to SJMC and visited him last Tuesday nite, but he was still in the operating room. So we just had a chat with his wife. Man, when i heard the news from my friend over at my dad's office, he hadn't wake up yet. But thank goodness that he did later in the afternoon. I really hope that he can recover soon, as he is such a nice guy.

Annual Dinner...

Tonite is the night that my dad's company host their 1st annual dinner (well, i think its the 1st one, since i did know there weren't any for the past few years...). And ... i can't go! Sad uh... coz there's no more seats left for me. My friend in my dad's office asked me to go "bincang bincang" with my dad and see whether i can go or not. But the final answer is out last nite......

What shall i do today?

I guess i should take some rest, after waking up so early every single day now. Haha! But today i still wake up at 7.40am... kinda got used to it. Shit! hahaha! I bumped into my marketing manager yesterday at the pantry, and he asked "Does it job kinda ruin your life? I mean u got to wake up so early, have lunch so early and such?"... hahaha! I talked to some of the new staff there as well (other department), and they were really interested to know how's everything going on with us - i mean with handling the australian market and all. I guess not only australia collegue is looking upon us, even the malaysia collegue as well. Kinda big pressure, dun you think?!?

Probably later going to get some DVDs. But i still missed my TV in my room... ... Can i go get a LCD TV please?!?

Whoosh!!!

With just a blink of an eye, whoosh~ , its Sunday night again, which means nearing the end of another weekend. Hmm, i dun know if i had any fun. Lets recap:

Friday - after work, watch tv until 6.30pm, then went out to play badminton till 8.15pm. Alrite, that was healthy and fun. After that, went to BumbuBali for dinner. Not as fun coz its so noisy, and the food came really late. Went home after that.

Saturday - Whole morning was just internet and tv and chat, with some time working on some stuff for my dad. Trying to plan the outing for that afternoon with a fren, but i guessed she was busy working. Nvm. At least I met up with her at 3.30pm at her house. Went to Hartamas Shopping Complex (note to self - never ever go there again!!!), wasted some time there, then head off to One Utama. Looking for a present for a fren, thus time was really occupied on that. In the end, went to Italiannise for dinner. Word of advice, never order two main course as you will not able to finish.

Sunday - Woke up quite late at 10 something. Freshen up and bathed, went out to McD's for breakfast. Hanging out and everything till 12, sent my fren home and i went straight to The Curve for a birthday lunch party. Frens were late, so walk blindly until they reach at 2pm. Lunch was fun, had until 3.30pm. Couldn't tahan as tired, so went home. Dinner kena pulled out again, but at least it was done early.

Guess my weekend wasn't that special, but i did enjoy one night of it. Hope i get to do it again soon.

Hmm... they seems to display fireworks a lot lately. Whats the occasion?!?
